These herbs are cooling + calming to the body, help alleviate symptoms of colds and flu, clear the respiratory system, reduce stress, encourage your body to break a fever, provide anti-viral + anti-microbial properties, & help reduce nasal congestion. 

Steep 1 - 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 oz of water. Drink as needed. Enjoy!
